Patrick Mostert, Kip McGrath Wandsworth
I am Patrick Mostert, a qualified teacher and the owner of the Kip McGrath Wandsworth Education Centre. Together with my team of fabulous teachers, we offer after school tuition in Maths and English to children from age 4 to 18.
We match students’ individual learning needs to our teachers’ individual strengths and experience, and therefore employ tutors with varying teaching backgrounds from early years and primary to Secondary Maths and English. We are a very busy centre which is growing every week and we are therefore always looking for inspiring teachers to join our team.
What to Expect as a Tutor
Wandsworth Tuition Centre Lessons
Each of our tutors work with a small group of up to 4/5 students for 80 minutes which will include one to one tuition, overseeing written and computer activities, and further reinforcement of the lesson including providing homework. All teaching resources are provided and you will be given full training. However, we rely on your unique teaching skills to bring out the best in all of our students. Please note you will be required to undergo full DBS checks and vetting.
Our current sessions are displayed above but we will probably introduce a later session at 7.00 pm on a few nights due to high demand. We can offer flexible hours from 1/2 sessions per week to multiple sessions depending on availability. If you are a teacher in mainstream school looking to supplement your income or a retired teacher, we would love to hear from you. We offer excellent rates of pay and working conditions and can discuss this with you in detail including tax implications.
